For children, divorce can be stressful, sad, and confusing. At any age, kids may feel uncertain or angry at the prospect of both parents splitting up.


Self Esteem is the measure of how much a person values him/herself. It is one’s rating of his/her own personal self-worth. It is the balance between feeling competent while still feeling cherished. It affects how one enjoys or worries about things in life. It shapes how people see, talk and feel about themselves.


Parents who are busy with their smartphones speak more harshly to their kids.


Most moms find it difficult getting enough rest when their little one is born so opt for “mommy sleeping with baby”. I know this is very convenient for us moms and there is nothing quite like being snuggled next to Mom to ease a baby into peaceful slumber.


Do you want your baby to talk? The best thing to do is simply talk to them; use long sentences with good grammar. Personally, i do not believe in “BABY TALK”. Kids are way smarter than you think and they tend to pick up little words subconsciously. I know the feeling of thinking it is a one sided conversation, however do not get discouraged; you are gradually contributing to their vocabulary and language concept.


The teenage years can be very scary. Watching your tiny little dot mature into a distant, moody teen that does not enjoy communicating with you can be so sad. Do not get me wrong it does not necessarily happen this way parents can have bubbly, wonderful relationship with their teenage children if they do certain things such as:
